We manage your rental from start to finish. Formal legal documents are handled with qualified Sri Lankan Attorneys-at-Law and Notaries where needed.
What it costs
Two simple parts: place the tenant, then look after the rental.
- Tenant placement & lease: 1 month's rent (one-off)
- Ongoing management: 10% of monthly rent (only while occupied)
Placement covers finding a tenant and the agreement. The 10% covers inspections, day-to-day support and updates while the property is rented. Any taxes, advertising or repair costs are explained separately before you proceed.
